ImmediateOfferKilled
Changes OfferCreate transactions so that if an Offer uses tfImmediateOrCancel and transaction processing kills the Offer without moving any funds, the transaction uses the result code tecKILLED instead of tesSUCCESS.
ImmediateOfferKilled has been enabled on the Xahau Network since its first ledger.
