Terms of service

Using this site means these terms apply. They are short, because what the site does is simple: it reads the Xahau ledger and shows you what is there.

1. What this is

XRPLWin is a block explorer: it reads the public ledger of the Xahau network and presents its ledgers, transactions, accounts, tokens and objects, with figures worked out from that data. It is run by XRPLWin. It is not a wallet, an exchange or a custodian: nothing you do here moves funds, and the site never holds a key.

2. Your keys stay yours

The site never asks for a secret: not a seed, not a private key, not a recovery phrase, not a wallet's password. There is no page here that takes one. Signing in, where it is offered, happens with Google or Xaman on their own pages, and what comes back is only who you are, never a key.

Anyone who claims to be XRPLWin and asks for a key, asks you to send funds to "verify" or "unlock" an account, offers a giveaway that needs a payment first, or wants remote access to your device, is a scammer. XRPLWin does not message people first and does none of those things. Check the address bar before you trust a page that looks like this one.

3. The ledger as it is

Everything shown comes from the ledger (through a node), from an index built from the ledger, or from a service the page names. The site tries hard to be right, but the ledger is the record and this site is a reading of it. Where the two differ, the ledger is correct. A figure the site works out - a price, a volume, a verdict about an account - is an interpretation, and the page says what it rests on.

Account names, token names and pictures come from what their owners published (a domain's toml, a token's metadata, an NFT's URI) or from third-party directories. They are shown as found; the site does not vouch for them. A name is not a verification.

4. Not advice

Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Prices are the ledger's own markets or a published oracle at the moment of reading, and they move. Decide for yourself, or ask someone qualified.

5. Not affiliated

XRPLWin is independent. It is not affiliated with Ripple, the XRPL Foundation, Xahau, Evernode, any validator, issuer, exchange or project it shows. A page about an account, a token or a hook is a page about public data, not an endorsement of whoever is behind it.

6. Links elsewhere, and third parties

Links written by others - a token's website, an NFT's picture, a validator's domain - leave this site, and the site tells you so before you go. What is on the other side is theirs, not ours.

The site also depends on services it does not run: the public Xahau node your browser reads from, the sign-in providers, the directories it reads token and NFT metadata from. Their availability, accuracy and terms are theirs.

7. Signing in

Nothing requires an account. Signing in with Google or Xaman is optional and gives access to a few features that keep something of yours (such as a published hook manifest). You are responsible for what you publish through it. The privacy page says what signing in stores.

8. Acceptable use

The site is free to use. The node it reads from, the index behind it and the SQL console are shared by everyone, so requests are rate limited per address, and automated use that crowds other readers out may be limited or blocked. If you want data in bulk, ask.

Do not use the site to break a law, to get around its limits or its protections, to scrape or harvest it beyond ordinary reading, or to pass yourself off as XRPLWin. Access may be restricted or withdrawn from anyone who does; the rest of these terms go on applying.

9. At your own risk

The site is provided as it is, without any warranty - of accuracy, availability or fitness for a purpose. It may be wrong, late or down. Nothing on it is a promise that a transaction will succeed, that an account can be signed for, or that a figure is what you will get.

10. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, XRPLWin is not liable for any loss arising from using this site or relying on what it shows - including loss of funds, lost opportunity, or decisions taken on a figure that turned out to be wrong. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what the law requires.

11. Intellectual property

The site's own work - its pages, its words, its code, its figures - belongs to XRPLWin. The ledger data it shows is public and belongs to no one. Names, logos and marks of others - Ripple, the XRPL Foundation, Xahau, Evernode, Xaman, Google, the projects and tokens shown - belong to their owners and appear here to identify them, nothing more. Quote the site with a link; do not pass its work off as yours.

12. Changes, and this agreement

The site changes - pages come and go, figures are refined, a network's rules change under it. These terms may change too; the date at the top is the date of the version you are reading. Using the site after a change means the new terms apply.

These terms are the whole agreement between you and XRPLWin about using the site. If a part of them turns out not to hold, the rest still does.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia, and the courts of Croatia are the place for a dispute that has to go to court. If you are a consumer, nothing here takes away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, or your right to bring a claim where you live.
