Touch

This amendment ensures all accounts involved in a transaction (all transactional stakeholders) are forced to appear in its metadata by incrementing a “touch counter” even if nothing else on the account was changed.

Touch has been enabled on the Xahau Network since May 18, 2025 (ledger 14,259,201).
